Returned items should be complete, securely packed, and returned with all original accessories and packaging where possible. Once the item is received, it will be inspected before any refund or replacement is approved.

If the item has been damaged after delivery or used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, this may affect refund eligibility, and a deduction or refusal may apply where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos of the product, packaging, and damaged part.
